Cari miei, il 2011 è appena arrivato e almeno a star a sentire i Maya sarà un anno tranquillo (…) e con i nuovi dodici mesi si tirano un po’ le somme e si pensa a cosa ci aspetta nel prossimo futuro.
Ok, chi mi conosce sa che non è proprio nel mio carattere fare propositi per l’avvenire, ma il buon Eddie Vedder ci ha regalato, già nel 1998, questa splendida ballad la cui frase più significativa per me è “I wish I was as fortunate, as fortunate as me”.
Alla fine siamo noi che realizziamo i nostri desideri. E’ difficile. Ci vuole un sacco di lavoro e a volte si fallisce. Ma vale sempre la pena tentare.

Non deve essere facile destreggiarsi fra plettro e tastiera, fra una chitarra ed una recensione. Loris ci riesce perfettamente, e – quando non è impegnato a suonare con La Stazione Dei Pensieri – ci regala playlist musicali ed impressioni dal mondo delle sette note, con qualche felice deviazione godereccia.
